Havre Police Department

After a caller from a housing complex at 7:54 a.m. Tuesday requested assistance getting a drunk man back to his room, officers arrested Albert Kenneth Fisher of Havre, 78, on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Officers made and arrest on Fifth Avenue at 2:04 p.m. durring a motor vehicle stop. No details were available.

Officers investigating suspicious activity on the 1000 Block alley between Second and Third streets officers arrested Alan Patrick Romero of Havre, 57, at 4:08 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

After a caller from the 600 Block of First Street West reported at 7:57 p.m.Tuesday a "suspicious male rolling on the ground," officers arrested Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 57, on charges of having an open alcohol container in the city and disorderly conduct.

Officers assisting probation and parole at 8:08 p.m. Tuesday in an alleyway on Second Street issued summonses to Jaime Dawn The Boy on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs.

Deputies responded to several calls Tuesday but made no arrests.
