Havre Police Department

After a caller from the 3300 Block of U.S. Highway 2 East reported at 6:11 a.m. Friday a woman yelling, officers arrested Jason Micheal Binder of Havre, 43, on a charge of parter or family member assault.

After a caller reported a man vandalizing tree branches in Pepin Park noon Friday, officers issued a verbal warning.

After a caller at 10:30 p.m. Friday reported a white SUV or pickup "swerving all over the road" and driving far slower than the speed limit, officers arrested Kimberly Anna Bengston of Havre, 37, on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicants.

After a caller at 3:15 a.m. Saturday reported a drunk man in S-Curve Park on the 100 Block of First Avenue, officers arrested Xavier Alexander Clark of Havre, 21, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

After a caller at 5:26 a.m. Saturday from Lincoln Avenue reported two people fighting, officers arrested Joey Ray Azure of Havre, 24, on a charge of partner or family member assault and on Justice/City court warrants.

After a caller from 12th Street reported at 12:04 p.m. Saturday that a Black Dodge pickup kept stopping in the middle of the street and its driver kept waving vehicles around her, officers searched for the vehicle but were unable to find it.

Officers serving a warrant on the 1500 Block of Second Street arrested Adam Michael Bachmeier of Havre, 32, and Keith Charlton Bebee of Havre, 32, on charges of obstructing justice and Kirie Michelle Malsam of Havre, 32, on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or public servant at 1:26 p.m. Saturday.

After a caller from Ninth Avenue reported a man was destroying the basement of the residence where he lived, officers arrested Jeremy Addison Lodgepole of Havre, 20, on a charge of disorderly conduct at 1:59 p.m. Saturday.

After a caller at 2:33 p.m. Saturday said a man needed to be removed from a residence, officers arrested Joseph Ramon Ganuelos of Havre, 51, on a charge of sexual assault and on a Justice/City Court warrant.

After a caller from 14th Street West reported at 10:50 p.m. Saturday a vehicle crashed, officers arrested David Paul Patera of Columbia Falls, 55, on charges of DUI, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance, reckless driving, other - traffic crime and failure to give notice of an accident.

After a caller at a First Street establishment at 2:16 a.m. Sunday reported someone was banging on doors, officers arrested Vanessa Paige Talksdifferent of Harlem, 24, on a DUI, undetermined level, refused to test and on a Justice/City court warrant.

Officers investigated a report made at 12:01 p.m. Sunday that someone had slashed tires on a vehicle.

After a caller from a business on the 700 Block of Second Street reported at 2:43 p.m. Sunday that a woman would not allow a man to leave the business' parking lot and threw something at his vehicle, officers arrested Brandy Elaine Winchell of Havre, 40, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful restraint.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies transporting inmates from the Rock Boy Detention Center to the Hill County Detention Center at noon Saturday arrested Morissa Lee Nagel of Billings, 27, on a Justice/City Court warrant and Traydon Reed Sutherland of Box Elder, 21, on a state District Court warrant.

Havre Fire Department 

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, one call Saturday and four calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to false alarm call Friday at 8:12 a.m. on the 1400 Block of U.S. Highway 2.

Firefighters responded to a false alarm call on 1:34 p.m. Friday on the 400 Block of Fourth Avenue. The alarm was set off by someone burning some eggs.

Havre Animal Shelter 

The Havre shelter this morning held six short-hair 7-week-old kittens, four medium-hair 11-week-old kittens, three medium-hair 26-week-old kittens, three medium-hair 5-week-old kittens, one medium-hair 22-week-old kitten, one long-hair 22-week-old kitten and a long-hair cat, all of unknown gender along with three medium-hair female cats and one long-hair female cat.

The shelter also held this morning a female Labrador retriever 16-week-old puppy, one female and one male mixed-breed 16-week-old puppies, two female and one male Labrador retriever dogs, a male mixed-breed dog, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female corgi-pit bull 7-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 11-month-old puppy and a male pit bull terrier 9-month-old puppy.

The shelter was also housing one 2-week-old female mixed-breed puppy and one male and two female mixed-breed 7-week-old puppies. Six 6-week-old puppies and a female mixed breed dog were being fostered off-site.
