Havre Police Department

Clifford Lamere Lenhardt of Havre, 20, was arrested at the police station Monday on an 8:01 a.m. charge of criminal contempt.

A Havre area caller at 12:17 p.m. Monday reported a missing wallet and unexplained activity on her debit card.

Megan Michelle Mountain of Billings, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 8:01 p.m. on Fourth Avenue.

Officers investigated a theft, forgery or fraud at 12:01 a.m. today on 13th Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Randy Jay Chandler of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 11:38 a.m.

Hadushka Anthony Howell of Box Elder, 39, was arrested on two Justice or City Court warrants served at the detention center at 11:40 a.m. Monday.

Liberty County Hospital at 8:38 p.m. Monday reported a dog bite that occurred south of Rudyard.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Saturday, two calls early Sunday and six calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held six short-hair 6-week-old kittens, four medium-hair 11-week-old kittens, three medium hair 4-week-old kittens, and one long-hair and one medium hair 21-week-old kittens, all of unknown gender along with one long-hair female cat and two medium-hair female cats.

The shelter also held this morning a male mixed-breed dog, a male shepherd dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, and a male mixed-breed 11-month-old puppy. The shelter was also housing a 1-week-old female mixed-breed puppy and one male and two female mixed-breed 6-week-old puppies.
