Filling Vacant City Council Seat, of the Havre City Code.

2. Resolution No. 3800 — A RESOLUTION LEVYING AND ASSESSING A TAX TO DEFRAY THE COST OF MAINTAINING STREET LIGHTS FOR THE CITY OF HAVRE, MONTANA FOR THE

FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020.

3. Resolution No. 3801 — A RESOLUTION LEVYING AND ASSESSING A TAX ON PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS TO DEFRAY THE COST OF MAINTAINING STREETS FOR THE CITY OF HAVRE, MONTANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020.

4. Resolution No. 3802 — A RESOLUTION LEVYING AND ASSESSING A TAX ON PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS TO DEFRAY THE COST OF BULL HOOK MAINTENANCE FOR THE

CITY OF HAVRE, MONTANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020.

5. Resolution No. 3803 — A RESOLUTION LEVYING AND ASSESSING A TAX TO DEFRAY THE COST OF SOLID WASTE SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF HAVRE, MONTANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020.

6. Adoption of Fiscal Year 2020 Preliminary Budget and Setting of Public Budget Hearing.

7. Review the Department of Justice Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) for $10,372.

8. Request from Bob Sivertsen to Close Second Avenue from Fourth to Fifth streets Sept. 7 to hold an

auction from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
