Havre Police Department

David Barry Trayner of Jeffersonville, Indiana, 43, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of paraphernalia, after a caller at a First Street West business asked Tuesday at 10:01 a.m. for assistance removing a man from the building.

A caller at a Second Street business reported Tuesday at 10:55 a.m. that an account had been hacked.

A Tuesday 11:16 a.m. report of a bat in a Sixth Avenue yard was referred to Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks.

Kade S. Lanier of Havre, 23, was arrested on charges of criminal child endangerment, driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, and on a Justice or City court warrant, during a vehicle stop on Main Street Tuesday at 3:04 p.m.

A report of an injured falcon at the bottom of the viaduct sidewalk Tuesday at 4:07 p.m. was referred to another law enforcement agency.

Albert Kenneth Fisher of Havre, 78, was arrested on charges of open container, disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer of other public servant, after two callers asked Tuesday at 6:52 p.m. asked officers to check on the well-being of a man in Town Square.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a complaint on Old Post Road at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Gina Kirkpatrick Schmitte of Hingham, 48, was arrested on a charge of violation of protective order, after a First Avenue Northwest caller in Rudyard made a complaint Tuesday at 5:50 p.m.

A caller at a Box Elder establishment reported a fight at midnight.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held six short-hair 6-week-old kittens, three medium hair 3-week-old kittens and on long-hair 21-week-old kitten, all of unknown gender and one long-hair female cat.

The shelter also held this morning a male shepherd dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, one male and three female mixed-breed 8-week-old puppies, a female border collie 7-month-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 11-month-old puppy and a male German shepherd dog. The shelter was also housing two female and one male mixed-breed 5-week-old puppies.
