Matthew Richard Phillips, 44, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, after an officer investigated suspicious activity on Fourth Street Friday at 2:32 p.m.

Friday at 5:07 p.m. a First Street business caller reported a gas drive-off from the previous night.

Jesse James Flansburg of Havre, 25, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault, after a caller on First Street Northeast reported a man and woman fighting Friday at 10:47 p.m.

A 10:24 a.m. Saturday caller on Fifth Avenue reported slashed tires.

--

A fake $100 bill was reported by a caller at a Third Avenue establishment Sunday at 1:35 a.m.

--

A 17th Street West caller reported a theft Sunday at 3:16 p.m.

--

A 5:30 p.m. Sunday report of a water main break near Havre Middle School was referred to Havre Public Works.

--

Officers responded to a request made Sunday at 7:36 p.m. for assistance at a Montana Avenue business.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Kolten Mitchell Harp of Havre, 22, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Friday at 8:41 a.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies responded to a 1:53 p.m. Friday request from Fourth Street North for assistance.

--

A two-vehicle crash reported at 9:41 p.m. Friday on U.S. Highway 2 West was referred to another law enforcement agency.

--

A 9:25 a.m. Friday report from River Road North of a transformer getting hit was referred to another law enforcement agency.

--

Charnez Layne Denny of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Saturday at 4:48 p.m. at the detention center.

--

Joseph James Perkins of Belle Plaine, Minnesota, 34, was issued a summons on a trespass to property charge Saturday at 7:25 p.m.

--

Tristan Lawrence Reddog of Poplar, 20, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after deputies responded to 24th Avenue Northeast Sunday at 12:34 a.m.

--

Animal control was called Sunday at 12:59 a.m. to investigate an incident at the emergency room.

--

Another law enforcement agency was notified after a Sunday 5:41 a.m. report of a vehicle hitting an antelope on U.S. Highway 87.

--

A deputy provided assistance for the city on U.S. Highway 2 West Sunday at 11:26 a.m.

--

A report at 2:29 this morning of a car crashing into a deer was referred to another law enforcement agency.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Friday, 10 calls Saturday, six calls Sunday and one early this morning.

--

Firefighters responded to a 1:58 a.m. Sunday call to the 600 Block of Fourth Street that turned out to a be a false activation of the alarm at a multi-family dwelling.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held six short-hair 5-week-old kittens and three medium hair 3-week-old kittens, all of unknown gender, one medium-hair male 19-week-old kitten and one long-hair female cat.

The shelter also held this morning a male shepherd dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, four female mixed-breed 8-week-old puppies, a female border collie 7-month-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 11-month-old puppy and a male German shepherd dog. The shelter was also housing two female and one male mixed-breed 5-week-old puppies.
