GREAT FALLS — Montana State Parks will host a free summer concert with Rob and Halladay Quist at Giant Springs State Park Sunday, Aug. 18, from 5-7 p.m.
Rob Quist is recognized as one of the West’s best-known songwriters and is the lead singer of such seminal musical groups as the Mission Mountain Wood Band, The Montana Band, and Rob Quist and Great Northern. Following in her father’s footsteps, Halladay Quist’s sultry and smooth voice is the perfect match for her gutsy, folk, rhythm and rock sound that cuts right to the heart.
The event is free for Montana residents and normal park fees apply for non-residents. Alcoholic beverages are permitted, and dogs must be on leashes. Williams & Roberts Fine BBQ will be selling their barbecue.
The event is sponsored by Pepsi Cola of Great Falls and Giant Springs State Park.
Giant Springs State Park is located at 4803 Giant Springs Road in Great Falls.
