Havre Police Department

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of theft, after a Third Avenue West caller reported a stolen hoist Tuesday at 8:18 a.m.

Chan Bigknife of Box Elder, 47, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, after a caller on Second Street reported Tuesday at 12:13 p.m. that a man had walked out his door, urinated and then walked back into the house.

An officer initiated an investigation during a vehicle stop on Fifth Street at 12:38 p.m. Tuesday.

--

A caller at a First Street West business reported Tuesday at 3:35 p.m. having a fight with her husband who then ran over her foot.

--

An arrest was made after a caller at a First Street business reported shoplifters Tuesday at 5:59 p.m. A woman was in custody at the store, but the man had run away.

Officers investigated a Tuesday 7:13 p.m. report from the Child Abuse Hotline.

Wendlin Rae Kirkaldie of Harlem, 40, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and Warren Lee Brockie of Harlem, 29, was arrested on charges of driving without a driver's license and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance and on a Justice or City court warrant, during a vehicle stop on First Street Tuesday at 7:55 p.m.

Jeremy Clement Larsen of Havre, 41, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, when an officer served the warrant at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday on Ninth Avenue.

Officers investigate suspicious activity reported at 1:15 a.m. today at a First Street West business.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies were called to the Fresno area Tuesday at 7:47 p.m. to assist in searching for the caller's son.

A Tuesday 4:25 p.m. report of a vehicle, along U.S. Highway 2 west of Havre, with major damage to the windshield was referred to another law enforcement agency.

Deputies assisted Blaine County with a transport at 12:41 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Tuesday and one early this morning.

Firefighters responded to an 11:14 p.m. fire call Tuesday in Box Elder. No one was made available to provide more information on the fire call.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-haired 15-week-old kitten, two long-hair 21-week-old kitten and three medium hair male 2-week-old kittens, all of unknown gender, one male medium-hair 18-week-old kitten, two long-hair female cats, one short-hair female cat and one long-hair male 21-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male shepherd dog, a female border collie 7-month-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 11-month-old puppy and a male German shepherd dog. The shelter was also housing two female and one male mixed-breed 4-week-old puppies.
