Havre Police Department

A caller on Third Street West reported an identity theft Thursday at 8:17 a.m.

A 12-year-old was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, after a caller reported suspicious male juveniles on Seventh Avenue Thursday at 11:35 a.m.

A First Street business caller reported Thursday at 2:01 p.m. that two TVs were stolen.

--

Thursday at 3:31 p.m., four people were reported passed out in a Second Street alley, and responding officers issued written or verbal warnings.

Troy Michael Werk of Havre, 45, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, after a Thursday 10:40 p.m. caller on Second Street reported six people being loud and drinking on a vacant property.

A caller reported at 1:54 a.m. today having trouble trying to close a First Street establishment because two men were fighting in the the entryway. Officers issued written or verbal warnings.

Leona Marie Chiefstick of Box Elder, 52, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, after an officer stopped to investigate suspicious activity on Third Avenue at 4:25 this morning.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller reported Thursday at 9:03 a.m. that a vehicle hit a retaining wall on Second Street West.

Catherine Autumn Star St. Marks of Box Elder, 39, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and possession of dangerous drugs and on a Justice or City court warrant, after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported a trespasser at 3:09 p.m. Thursday.

Deputies served a warrant at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 4:52 p.m., but no details about the charges was provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Thursday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two long-hair 21-week-old kitten, one medium-haired 14-week-old kitten and three medium hair male 1-week-old kittens, all of unknown gender, one medium-hair male 22-week-old kitten, one male medium-hair 17-week-old kitten, one long-hair female cat, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair male 14-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male shepherd dog, a female border collie 6-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 22-week-old puppy and a male German shepherd dog. The shelter also was housing two female and one male mixed breed 3-week-old puppies.

Births

A girl was born Thursday, Aug. 1, 2019, to Tawni Daulton and Travis Rush of Havre.
