Havre Police Department

A caller on Second Street reported Wednesday at 8:53 a.m. that a small dog bit him Tuesday.

A 15th Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 10:41 a.m. that someone had broken into her apartment.

A possible theft was reported Wednesday at 11:27 a.m. at a Second Street business.

--

Two arrests were made during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West at 11:34 a.m. Wednesday. No details on charges were provided.

Bernard Frances Doney of Hays, 48, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and no vehicle insurance, during a vehicle stop on 11th Street West Wednesday at 2:41 p.m.

A Third Street caller reported a scam Wednesday at 3:01 p.m.

Jamie Dawn Smith of Chinook, 55, was arrested at the police station Wednesday at 3:02 p.m., but no charges were listed.

A two people were arrested after a caller reported Wednesday at 3:23 p.m. that a woman had been assaulted.

A summons was issued after a Pine Drive caller reported Wednesday at 6:15 p.m. that the caller's 13-year-old daughter had stolen some money.

A 14th Avenue caller reported at 10:12 p.m. Wednesday that a bunch of bikes had been left in her backyard.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A summons was issued after a First Avenue Northwest caller in Rudyard reported a burglary in progress Wednesday at 3:03 p.m. No details on charges was provided.

Zack Lee Ambler of Havre, 23, was arrested a warrant with charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and escape, after deputies transported him from Rocky Boy Police Department Wednesday at 9:31 p.m.

Deputies assisted occupants of a stranded vehicle Wednesday at 10:08 p.m. on Second Street West.

Amy June Leo of Havre, 39, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies were asked at 12:33 a.m. today to assist Rocky Boy Police with suspicious activity.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Wednesday and one call today.

Firefighters responded to a fire call at 2:15 a.m. today on the 2300 block of Fifth Avenue. No one was made available to provide details.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one long-hair 21-week-old kitten, one medium-haired 14-week-old kitten and three medium hair male 1-week-old kittens, all of unknown gender, one medium-hair male 22-week-old kitten, one male medium-hair 17-week-old kitten, two long-hair female cats, one short-hair female cat, one medium-hair male cat and one medium-hair male 14-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male shepherd dog, a female border collie 6-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 21-week-old puppy and a male German shepherd dog. The shelter also was housing two female and one male mixed breed 3-week-old puppies.
