Havre Police Department

Nathan Charles Stanley of Box Elder, 37, was arrested on a state District Court warrant at the police station Wednesday at 12:19 p.m.

Dustin Paul Kessel of Havre, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant on Fourth Street Wednesday at 1:18 p.m.

Matthew David Sequenzia of Boulder Creek, California, 33, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, in response to a request Wednesday at 1:34 p.m. from a location on the 10 Block of First Street West, to assistance with an uncooperative transient.

Officers assisted with a vehicle pursuit Wednesday at 4:39 p.m. in the Havre area, and subsequently assisted in the incident near Sucker Creek Road on state Highway 234.

Jordan Miles Hobson of Havre, 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served on First Street West at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Chasidy Jeren Wolfchild of Box Elder, 40, was arrested on a probation violation charge after a Second Street caller reported Wednesday at 11:58 p.m. that he was robbed.

--

Duncan Gordon Standing Rock of Box Elder, 60, was arrested on a trespass to property charge, after he called from a Second Street business at 1:17 a.m. today requesting assistance.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Hill County Sherriffs deputies were involved in an incident covered in a story on Page A1.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Wednesday and two early this morning.

Firefighters responded to the 2700 Block of Old Post Road at 6:31 p.m. Wednesday after a caller reported a tree branch was leaning against a power line. The power line was not sparking, but NorthWestern Energy responded and fixed the problem.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-haired 21-week-old kitten of unknown gender, seven 12- and 13-week-old kittens of varying genders, one short-hair female cat and one long-hair female cat. Another 12 cats and kittens were being held at another facilities.

The shelter also held this morning a male shepherd dog, a female border collie 6-month-old puppy, a one male mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy and a male German shepherd dog.

Births

A girl was born Tuesday, July 23, 2019, to Katie Johnson and Casey Tilleman of Havre.

A boy was born Tuesday, July 23, 2019, to Veronica Tangen and Weslyn Schilling of Harlem.
