Havre Police Department

Alejandro Ricardo Plascencia Jr. of Billings, 25, was served a warrant at Hill County Detention Center at 3:20 p.m. Monday.

An 11th Street West caller reported Monday at 9:46 p.m. that an Amazon package was stolen.

Monday at 10:32 p.m., a power inverter was reported found sitting on a window sill.

Tracy Nicole Todoroff of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a minor in possession charge, after an officer stopped on First Street West to investigate suspicious activity Monday at 11:12 p.m.

Caleb M. Allestad of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children and two 15-year-olds were each issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation charge, after an officer stopped at 2:09 a.m. today to investigate suspicious activity at Legion Field.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A motorcycle crash on the 6500 Block of U.S. Highway 2 West was reported at 1:09 p.m. The driver of a vehicle did not yield the right of way when turning, and the motorcyclist, who was wearing safety gear, hit the rear of the vehicle and was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat of unknown gender, six 12- and 13-week-old kittens of varying genders, one medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one long-hair female cat. Another 19 cats and kittens were being held at other facilities.

The shelter also held this morning a male shepherd dog, a female border collie 6-month-old puppy, a two male mixed-breed 10-month-old puppies and a male German shepherd dog.
