Havre Police Department

Sheila Eve Walker of Havre, 49, was arrested on a criminal mischief, vandalism, charge, after a caller reported Friday at 6:57 a.m. that a First Street business had been broken into during the night.

A 16th Street caller reported Friday at 8:16 a.m. finding a phone in the backyard near some lawn equipment that had been knocked over.

Mercedes Rose McDowell of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, aggravated driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and probation violation; Matice David Hawley of Harlem, 23, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and a pick up and hold order; Travis Vaughn Standing Horn of Havre, 41, was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge; and Makyla Shayd Fetter of Havre, 24, was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge, all during a Friday 1:19 p.m. vehicle stop on First Street that was in response to a 12:40 p.m. call from 10th Street West about a stolen vehicle.

A McKinley Avenue caller asked at 12:27 a.m. Saturday for help finding a missing 6-year-old. The child was found.

A 15-year-old girl was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violations charge after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Saturday at 1:29 a.m. a juvenile had not come home by curfew.

Officers investigated after a caller on First Street Northeast reported an intoxicated woman Saturday at 11:35 a.m.

Kyle Lee Lamere of Box Elder, 29, was arrested on charges of theft and criminal mischief, vandalism, during a stop on First Street Saturday at 2:19 p.m. related to a report Friday at 5:17 p.m. that a Second Street Northeast caller's son's bike was stolen.

Officers investigated suspicious activity regarding a 911 call plotted to Second Street and Sixth Avenue Saturday at 10:15 p.m.

--

A non-injury vehicle crash on First Street with passenger side damage to a Buick was reported Saturday at 10:21 p.m.

--

Officers assisted on with a medical call at 3:43 a.m. Sunday.

Leslie Annette Crazyboy of Havre, 39, was arrested on a charge of false reports to law enforcement authorities after she reported a woman with a knife in hand Sunday at 4:19 a.m.

Chance Edward Williams of Havre, 28, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at the police station Sunday at 8:31 a.m.

A 16-year-old girl was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession and juvenile curfew violations after a Washington Avenue caller reported a missing juvenile Sunday at 8:50 a.m.

Sunday at 11:17 a.m., a Second Street caller reported a theft.

Anthony Dominick Harkins of Havre, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Sunday at 2:35 p.m. on First Street.

Marvin Dale Spotted Bird Jr. of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of DUI, no driver's license, open container in the city and violations of conditions of release, during a vehicle stop on Eighth Street at 5:10 p.m.

An Eighth Avenue caller reported dents all over her vehicle Sunday at 6:33 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies were called to assist someone on U.S. Highway 87 Friday at 11:18

a.m.

Alejandro Plascencia Jr. of Billings, 25, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants Friday at 6:39 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Maurice Daniel Stewart of Box Elder, 20, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, no driver's license, possession of dangerous drugs and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant, during a vehicle stop on Second Street Northwest in Box Elder Friday at 10:24 p.m.

Tray Lee Eagleman of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a Third Street North establishment reported suspicious activity Saturday at 12:14 a.m.

Deputies assisted another agency on Beaver Creek Highway at 8:35 a.m. Saturday.

--

A fender bender reported Saturday at 12:13 p.m. in a parking lot at a U.S. Highway 2 West business was referred to another agency.

Seraya Rose Standingrock of Box Elder, 26, was issued a summons on a charge of violation of protective order, after a caller at Great Northern Fairgrounds reported a violation Saturday at 5:55 p.m.

A caller at the fairgrounds reported a man needed to be removed from the fair office Sunday at 12:14 p.m.

--

Two 16-year-olds, a 15-year-old and a 14-year-old were each issued a summons on an MIP charge after one of them called for a ride from the Bear Paw Mountains Sunday at 9:51 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday. One call Saturday, and two emergency calls Sunday.

 Firefighters responded to a small grass fire in a stubble field at 82nd Ave. West Friday at 12:41 p.m. A small crew of two responded and put out the fire.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat of unknown gender, six 12- and 13-week-old kittens of varying genders, and two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one long-haired female cat. 22 cants and kittens, were being held at other facilities.

The shelter also held this morning a male shepherd dog, a female border collie 6-month-old puppy, a two male mixed-breed 10-month-old puppies and a male German shepherd dog.

Births

A girl was born Tuesday, July 16, 2019, to Taylor and Kaleb Fisher of Havre.
