Havre Police Department

Northern Montana Hospital reported a dog bite Thursday at 11 a.m.

Thursday at 12:16 p.m. an unlawful use of a bank card was reported by a Third Avenue caller.

A First Street business reported a found wallet Thursday at 3:39 p.m.

--

A Third Street caller reported Thursday at 5:48 p.m. a car that was broken into.

--

Thursday at 8:02 p.m. a Second Street caller reported vandalism to the side of a house with an egg.

--

An arrest was made Thursday at 8:26 p.m. during a vehicle stop of a white Monte Carlo with no tags on Fourth Avenue. No other information was provided about the charges.

Kyle Andrew Surber of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 8:46 p.m. on Second Street.

This morning at 2:43 an officer stopped to pick up some camp chairs from U.S. Highway 2.

An arrest was made this morning during a vehicle stop at 2:54 on Third Street. No other information was provided about the charges.

Sheila Eve Walker of Havre, 49, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, theft and resisting arrest after a First Street caller reported an aggressive woman in the business lobby.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Allan Jay Woeppel of Havre, 76, was arrested on charges of trespassing and theft after a Road 10 North caller reported a trespasser Thursday at

1:53 p.m.

Gabriel Lewis Lawrence of Havre, 49, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop at the intersection of 17th Avenue and First Street Thursday at 7:29 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday and one this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat and two 12-week-old medium-hair kittens all of unknown gender, and two male and three female 12-week-old medium-haired cats, two medium-haired male cats, one short-haired cat and one long-haired female cat. Another 19 cats and kittens were also being held in other facilities.

The shelter also held this morning a male Lhasa Apso dog, a male shepherd dog, a female border collie 6-month-old puppy, two male mixed-breed 10-month-old puppies and a male German shepherd dog.
