Aliesha M. The Boy was sentenced in state district court in Havre to five years followed by five on probation on a drug charge, to run at the same time as a sentence of five years with two suspended imposed in 2017 in another case.
The Boy was charged after law enforcement officers found her in a residence while they were looking for someone on probation who had not been going to work.
She was charged with a felony count of criminal possession of 11.7 grams of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
She pleaded guilty in a plea agreement April 10 to the felony count.
Judge Olivia Rieger sentenced The Boy May 13 to 10 years with five suspended and fined her $385, ordered her to pay fees and surcharges and gave her credit for time served.
