Havre Police Department

A Third Street caller reported Tuesday at 9:32 a.m. that someone drove through a construction site, knocking over cones and breaking a sewer drain lid.

A water break was reported on 9th Avenue Northwest Tuesday at 11:14 a.m.

Officers assisted Amtrak security escorting a passenger, who had been threatening passengers, off the train Tuesday at 2:21 p.m.

A caller at a Second Street business reported Tuesday at 3:35 p.m. that a debit card had been left in an ATM.

An arrest was made after an officer initiated investigation at 5:26 p.m. Tuesday of a man and woman yelling at each other and possibly in a physical fight in a First Street alley. No details on charges were provided.

A Fourth Street caller reported at 9:52 p.m. Tuesday that his Mitsubishi car had been hit-and-run the previous night.

A caller at a First Street West establishment reported at 12:21 a.m. today receiving fake bills.

--

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on curfew violations after a Fourth Street caller reported at 2:13 a.m. today that her daughter had not returned home.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A sex offense was reported in the Hill County area Tuesday at 11:51 a.m.

A caller reported suspicious activity at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Tuesday at 5:15 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday.

Firefighters responded to a 2:54 p.m. call to the 1800 Block of U.S. Highway 2. No one was made available to provide details on the call.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat and two 9-week-old medium-hair kittens all of unknown gender, one medium-hair male cat, two short-hair female cats, one medium-hair female cat and two long-haired cats.

The shelter also held this morning a male shepherd dog, a female border collie 26-week-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a male dachshund 6-month-old puppy and a female mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy.
