Havre Police Department

William Tracey Ahenakew Jr. of Box Elder, 28, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, after a First Street caller reported Tuesday at 8:48 a.m. that a man was throwing rocks at a vehicle.

Officers investigated a crash in which a vehicle ran into a garage on Second Avenue, reported Tuesday at 9:41 a.m.

--

A dog bite was reported by hospital personnel at 9:46 a.m. Tuesday.

--

Jaclyn Marie Haley of Havre, 37, was issued a summons on charges of failure to give notice of accident and other, traffic property, after a caller on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest reported a hit and run Tuesday at 11:07 a.m.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of unauthorized use of motor vehicle, juvenile curfew violations and no driver's license, and another 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations, after a Cleveland Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 12:16 p.m. that a 2015 gray Ford F150 was stolen.

A summons was issued after a Fourth Street caller reported an aggressive dog at large on Fourth Street Tuesday at 3:58 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.

An arrest was made during a vehicle stop Tuesday at 4:09 p.m. in the alley between First and Second - no designation of street or avenue. No details were provided on the charges.

A Jefferson Avenue caller asked Tuesday at 8:32 p.m. for officers to check on a woman lying on the front lawn.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Ryan Lee Grant of Havre, 32, was served a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 2:42 p.m.

An arrest was made after a prisoner transport from Rocky Boy Police Department to the detention center Tuesday at 7:44 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.

Dustin Conrad Norden of Havre, 32, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, during a vehicle stop on Second Street North at 12:29 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday and two early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a grass fire on the 4000 Block of Bullhook Road called in at 3:07 p.m. Tuesday. About a half-acre of vegetation was burned, but landowners had extinguished the fire before the fire crew arrived.

Firefighters responded to a Tuesday 8:45 p.m. report of an unauthorized burn on the 800 Block of Ninth Street. Trash or something had been burned in the fire, but the flames had been extinguished by the time firefighters arrived.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, two long-hair cats, two 8-week-old medium-hair kittens and one 11-week-old medium-hair kitten all of unknown gender, and two medium-hair male cats, two short-hair female cats, one medium-hair female cat and one long-haired cat.

The shelter also held this morning one female mixed-breed dog, two female shepherd-Labrador retriever dogs, a male shepherd dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 8-month-old puppy, a male Dachshund 26-week-old puppy and a female mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy.
