A Third Avenue caller reported a fender bender at 8:04 a.m. Monday.

Joshua David Rainingbird of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and disorderly conduct, after a Second Street caller reported a domestic disturbance Monday at 4:10 p.m.

Thomas James Jones of Havre, 34, and Ionia Lohman of Havre, 56, were each arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest, after a Third Street caller reported a disturbance at 8 p.m. Monday.

A caller on Third Street reported at 1:14 a.m. today that a juvenile was not at home, and a summons was issued to a 16-year-old on a charge of juvenile curfew violations.

An arrest was made after a caller on Second Street reported a phone was taken from a residence. Emmett Standingrock, who was named in the dispatch log as someone involved in the incident, is listed in the jail roster as being held this morning on a warrant and charges of theft and obstructing.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a theft, forgery or fraud Monday at 3:28 p.m.

A First Street Northwest caller reported vandalism at 3:46 p.m. Monday.

Keenan Lewis Doney of Havre, 29, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 5:44 p.m.

At 10:47 p.m. Monday, deputies made two arrests on drug offenses during booking procedures at the detention center. No further details on the charges was provided, and no one arrested Monday and still listed on this morning's jail roster has drug charges listed as an offense.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday.

Firefighters responded to a report of a gas leak outside of a structure on the 1800 Block of Second Street at 12:55 p.m. Monday. The found a meter had been broken off and fire department personnel provided standby until NorthWestern Energy arrived and fixed the problem.
Havre Animal Shelter
The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, two long-hair cats, two 8-week-old medium-hair kittens and one 11-week-old medium-hair kitten all of unknown gender, and two medium-hair male cats, two short-hair female cats, one medium-hair female cat and one long-haired cat. One cat was being held at the shelter to complete the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The shelter also held this morning one female mixed-breed dog, two female shepherd-Labrador retriever dogs, a male shepherd dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 8-month-old puppy, a male Dachshund 26-week-old puppy, and a female mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy.

A girl was born Saturday, June 22, 2019, to JoAnna and Michael Anderson of Havre.
