Havre Police Department

A Sixth Avenue caller reported finding a white mountain bike in the alley at 6:20 a.m. Tuesday.

A 14th Street caller reported Tuesday at 7:55 a.m. that items had been moved around inside of a vehicle.

A Sixth Street caller reported at 8:08 a.m. that a vehicle had been broken into and binoculars stolen.

Officers investigated a report of a stolen 2009 green Jeep Patriot on First Street at 7:52 p.m.

A summons was issued after a Second Street caller reported a neighbor's cat had "mauled" a 2-year-old child. No details on the charges were provided.

--

Someone was arrested during a vehicle stop on First Street at 5:03 this morning, but no details on the charges were provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Gary James Golie of Havre, 43, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief vandalism and two counts of trespass to property, and Dustie Ann Goodman of Chinook, 25, was issued a summons on a trespass to property charge, after a caller on River Road North reported trespassers at 9:19 p.m. Tuesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday and one this morning in Kremlin.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats and two long-hair cats, all of unknown gender, and two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat.

The Havre shelter also held this morning two female mixed-breed dogs, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male shepherd dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 8-month-old puppy and a mixed-breed female 26-week-old puppy.
