1. Resolution No. 3797 — A Resolution Authorizing the City of Havre to Participate in the State of Montana Surplus Property Program.

2. Resolution No. 3798 — A Resolution Amending the Budget in the General Fund (1000) of the City of Havre, Montana.

3. Ratification of MPEA Police Union Contract for Fiscal Years 2018-19 and 2019-20.

4. Confirmation of mayor’s May 2019 board appointments.
