Havre Police Department

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business reported a lost or stolen Smith and Wesson revolver at 11:04 a.m. Friday.

Joyce Huntley of Havre, 26, was arrested on two state District Court warrants after turning herself in at the police station Friday at 3:10 p.m.

--

Kenneth Zane Blatt of Havre, 67, was issued a summons on charges of failing to give notice of accident and no vehicle insurance, after a caller at a Second Street business reported a Chevrolet Impala hit the building and took off.

--

A caller reported Saturday at 11:24 a.m. that people had been camping at Havre-Hill County Library for two nights.

Amy June Leo of Havre, 39, was issued two summonses, each on three counts of dog at large and a charge of "other," after a 1:15 p.m. Saturday caller reported that a 10th Street neighbor's aggressive dogs were out and chasing the mailman and a 2:23 p.m. caller, also on 10th Street, reported the dogs were out again and chasing the caller down the alley.

A caller at a Third Avenue establishment reported Saturday at 8:03 p.m. that a 2002 Dodge Intrepid had been stolen. The vehicle was recovered on Second Street at 9 p.m.

Saturday at 10:37 p.m. a caller reported that two people were locked inside a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business.

BNSF Railway reported Saturday at 11:32 p.m. its crews were cleaning up a sewage spill in the rail yard.

--

Sherman Dean Alexander Sr. of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at 6:13 a.m. Sunday on First Street West.

--

A Fifth Street caller reported Sunday at 12:07 p.m. that a parked vehicle had been damaged in a hit-and-run crash.

--

A 1:48 p.m. Sunday report of a girl being cyberbullied was referred to another agency.

Beth Kay Hanna of Havre, 32, was issued a summons on a charge of dog at large in the city Sunday at 5 p.m.

Alexis Rose Flansburg of Havre, 19, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and Cali Terese Brien of Box Elder, 20, was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge, after officers responded to a disturbance outside the police station Sunday at 7:40 p.m.

Kalled Sam Hassen Jaha of Chinook, 37, was arrested during a vehicle stop on 18th Avenue at 12:29 a.m. today on a pick up and hold order and charges of driving under the influence, criminal child endangerment, possession of dangerous drugs, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and two counts of endangering the welfare of children.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Ricky John Clark of Havre, 51, was issued a summons on a charge of theft from buildings, after a theft was reported on Fifth Street North Friday at 11:37 a.m.

Ronnie Joe Henry of Box Elder, 45, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants while deputies were assisting another legal agency on U.S. Highway 87 at 1:21 p.m. Friday.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a hit-and-fun crash involving the caller's Toyota Friday at 3:30 p.m.

--

Jordan James Normandy of Havre, 25, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and two Justice or City court warrants, during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West at 9:07 p.m. Friday, in response to a caller at a Highway 2 West business reporting a man with warrants at 9:01 p.m.

Delmar Foursouls of Box Elder, 41, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87 Saturday at 12:08 a.m.

--

Donna Marie Martin of Havre, 68, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported a parenting issue Sunday at 11:19 a.m.

--

A caller in the Fresno Reservoir area reported stolen bishing equipment Sunday at 12:32 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, one Saturday and two Sunday.

--

Firefighters responded to a report of a gas leak on the 600 Block of Bullhook Drive Saturday at 9:59 a.m. The fire department crew saw gas bubbling from a pipe on the meter. They shut off the meter and stood by until NorthWestern Energy personnel arrived to fix the problem.

--

A caller reported a fire in couch on the 900 Block of Fourth Street, but it turned out to be smoke from a barbecuer.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, two long-hair cats and one 14-week-old medium hair kitten, all of unknown gender; two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat.

The Havre shelter also held this morning two female mixed-breed dogs, a male mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male shepherd dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy and a female mixed-breed 8-month-old puppy.

Births

A boy was born Friday, June 7, 2019, to Kayceen Pursley and Levi Sederdahl of Havre.

A girl was born Friday, June 7, 2019, to Luci Shortman and Chad Cliff of Harlem.
