Havre Police Department

An officer stopped on Bonine Drive Tuesday at 12:48 p.m. to assist a woman with her juvenile grandson.

Tuesday at 1:06 p.m., a First Street Northeast caller reported a hit-and-run crash between a vehicle and a parked truck.

   --

A First Street caller reported Tuesday at 2 p.m. a hit-and-run crash between a car and a parked car.

--

A woman walking down the street wearing only underwear was reported by a First Street West caller Tuesday 2:38 p.m.

--

A vehicle crash was reported on First Street West Tuesday at 4:17 p.m.

--

Tuesday at 9:08 p.m. a Grant Avenue caller reported a stolen wallet.

--

A summons was issued after a pursuit in the Havre area today at 1:38 a.m. Police Chief Gabe Matosich said this morning the investigation is still ongoing.

   --

   Two juvenile arrests were made at 3:09 this morning at Havre Middle School. No details on the charges were provided.

Samantha Huston of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and driving without proof of insurance during a vehicle stop at 5:23 this morning on Lincoln Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Two arrests were made at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 1:25 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.

A U.S. Highway 2 west caller reported a drug offense Tuesday at 6:07 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four medical calls Tuesday.

Firefighters responded to a fire call Tuesday at 4:31 p.m. on the 700 Block of Third Avenue. Material in the back of a pickup truck had ignited but was already extinguished by the time firefighters responded. No damage was done to the truck.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four medium-hair cats, two long-hair cats, one 13-week-old medium hair kitten and a medium-hair 9-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and two medium-hair female cats. An additional four cats were being held for the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning two female mixed-breed dogs, a male mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male shepherd dog, a male mixed-breed 8-month-old puppy and a female mixed-breed 7-month-old puppy.
