News you can use
Editor,
We at the Havre-Hill County Library invite and encourage everyone to participate in this year’s Summer Reading Program: A Universe of Stories.
We are getting things started Wednesday, June 12, with a Blast off Carnival in the library parking lot at 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. We’ll have plenty of games, caricatures by artist Betsey Lee, and of course Summer Reading signup.
While you don’t need a library card to attend any of our programs such as Story Time or Lego Time, you will need one to sign up for Summer Reading. If you don’t already have a card, we’ll get you set up. All you need is your I.D. If you’re unable to make the Blast off Carnival you may sign up any time between June 12 and Aug. 9.
For full details stop by the library to pick up a Summer Reading brochure, or check out our Facebook page to view the summer reading album.
