Havre Police Department

A Grant Avenue caller reported Monday at 11:20 a.m. that the dashboard of a pickup was burned.

Doris Youngman Gone of Fort Belknap, 64, was issued a summons on two charges of endangering the welfare of children, after a caller at a First Street business reported Monday at 12:59 p.m. seeing two children left in a hot car with the windows up.

Monday at 4:38 p.m. a caller reported that kids took the tires and wheels off a car in the parking lot of a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business.

A Third Street caller reported a 2-year-old boy walking by himself outside Monday at 5:01 p.m.

--

A bike was reported stolen at a First Street business Monday at 5:14 p.m.

--

Officers assisted at a Havre Fire Department call at 6:41 p.m. Monday on First Street.

A Sixth Avenue caller asked Monday at 11:21 p.m. to speak with an officer.

--

A Fifth Street caller reported a break in at 12:55 a.m. today.

--

A Smithville caller asked at 1:26 a.m. today to speak with an officer.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of endangering the welfare of children and negligent endangerment, during a vehicle stop on River Road North.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Sunday and one early this morning.

Firefighters responded to the 10 Block of Third Street for an alarm, which turned out to be a malfunction in the alarm system. The system was shut down and a technician called in.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four medium-hair cats, two long-hair cats, one 13-week-old medium hair kitten and a medium-hair 9-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and two medium-hair female cats. An additional four cats were being held for the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning two female mixed-breed dogs, a male mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male shepherd dog and a female mixed-breed 7-month-old puppy.

Births

A girl was born Tuesday, May 28, 2019, to Wahban WolfRobe and Justin Chiefstick of Box Elder.
