Julia Larita-Jo Snow was sentenced to probation by a District Court judge in Havre after pleading guilty to drug charges.
Snow, who was on probation, was charged Nov. 27 with felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs and a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia after law enforcement officers were checking on another probationer in a house in which Snow also was present found methamphetamine and syringes, spoons and baggies commonly used with drugs.
Snow pleaded guilty Jan. 6 under a plea agreement to the felony, and the misdemeanor was dismissed.
Judge Jon Oldenburg imposed on April 1 a three-year deferred imposition of sentence, assessed fees and surcharges and ordered Snow to complete the Hill County Drug Treatment Court program.
If Snow abides by all conditions of the sentence, after completion she can request to have the charge stricken from her record.
