Havre Police Department

A Washington Avenue caller reported Monday at 2:42 p.m. that a white Dodge Stratus involved in a hit-and-run crash was headed north on Boulevard Avenue.

A press tool was reported found on Bullhook Boulevard Monday at 3:36 p.m.

Albert Kenneth Fisher of Havre, 78, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller near the post office reported Monday at 7:41 p.m. that a man needed help. Fisher was also named as the involved party in a disturbance at the emergency room at 9 p.m. An arrest was made, but no details were provided.

Monday at 9:08 p.m. a First Street caller reported suspicious activity.

A fight was reported at a Ninth Avenue business at 12:21 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 17-year-old girl was issued a summons on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal mischief after a U.S. Highway 2 East caller reported Monday at 6:28 p.m. that two people were fighting.

Deputies arrested someone on a warrant at 12:16 a.m. today at a U.S. Highway 87 establishment in Box Elder. No details about the charges were provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Monday and two calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held four medium-hair cats, one short-hair cat, one long-hair cat, a medium-hair 17-week-old kitten and a medium-hair 8-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and two medium-hair female cats. One cat is being held for the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning three female mixed-breed dogs, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male shepherd dog, a male miniature pinscher dog and two male mixed-breed 21-week-old puppies.
