1. Consider street blockage of the 100 Block of Second Avenue May 25 from 6 p.m. to midnight for the Seventh Annual Wounded Warrior Ride.

2. Consider support of a new affordable housing development sponsored by District 4 Human Resources Development Council.

3. Approval of April claims and manual warrants.
