Havre Police Department

Sarah Jean Nalder of Havre, 34, was issued a summons at the police station Wednesday at 8:13 p.m. on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

A caller on 11th Street West reported Wednesday at 9:43 a.m. finding law enforcement records, and the report was referred to another law enforcement agency.

A Havre area caller reported a vandalized vehicle at 11:06 a.m. Wednesday.

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of under-age tobacco possession or consumption, after an officer was called to Havre Middle School, Wednesday at 11:30 a.m., for a tobacco offense.

Theft of gasoline in a drive-off was reported at 9:11 p.m. Wednesday at a First Street business.

--

Zakary Kenneth Canning of Havre, 24, was issued a summons on an open container charge on First Street Wednesday at 9:20 p.m.

Albert Kenneth Fisher of Havre, 78, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at the hospital asked today at 12:30 a.m. for assistance.

At 3:59 a.m. today, a Second Street caller reported a truck was stolen.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Julia Victoria Mills of Malta, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant along with a second arrest, with no details provided, after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business called Wednesday at 3:12 p.m. to give deputies information on an incident.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Wednesday, and firefighters responded with a truck and an ambulance to an alarm on the 10 Block of Third Street West at 11:58 a.m. Crew members reset the fire alarm, which had been unintentionally triggered.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held four medium-hair cats, one short-hair cat, one long-hair cat, a medium-hair 16-week-old kitten and a medium-hair 8-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and two medium-hair female cats. One cat is being held for the trap-spay/neuter-release.

The Havre shelter also held this morning four female mixed-breed dogs, one male mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a female mixed-breed 16-week-old puppy and a male pit bull terrier dog.
