Salina Ball, 73, left this world April 23rd, 2019, at Northern Montana Care Center to be reunited with her husband and creator.
Salina was born on November 27th 1945 in Fort Yates ND. Her parents Jerry and Ella Howard raised her in South Dakota. After she graduated from high school, Salina met William T. Ball of Fort Belknap, MT and they married in 1967.
Salina worked as a nurse, child care provider, foster parent, pre-school teacher, in home health care and her favorite job was being a home maker for her family. Salina loved all animals and would bring food to different animals around the Hays, Lodge Pole and Fort Belknap area, her family considered her a pet safe haven.
Salina loved to do beadwork, and some of her work can be found in a museum. She also liked to travel, and take care of her pets.
Salina is survived by her son, William J. Ball; daughters, Avis M. Ball, Elizabeth (Jhaney) Randles; grandchildren; Dante Valenzuela, Khain Valenzuela, Vance Valenzuela, Quentin Randles, Ezekiel Randles, Shyla Valenzuela, Azariah Valenzuela, her nieces Tami (Charles) Black Fox of Mobridge, SD, Lila (Stewart) Melhaff of Rapid City, SD, Mary (Grant) Shuey of Willows, CA, and Kristian (Jake) Engel of Rapid City, SD; nephews Matthew (Jesse) Demarrias of Aberdeen, SD, and Shane Demarrias of Rapid City, SD, and future son-in-law Daniel Baranyai of Havre, MT.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Ella Howards, and husband, William T. Ball; nephew Douglas Demarrias Jr, and niece Brenda Demarrias.
