Havre Department of Public Works announced this afternoon that work has been completed on the east end Havre water tank and the tank has filled to a point that the city is allowing people to start outdoor watering.
The will be no restrictions at this time for the watering.
The tank emptied March 11 when an access point, a manway, started leaking, emptying the 3.5 million gallon tank, and requiring repairs and refilling.
Outdoor watering was restricted until today because of the level of water in the tank.
