Havre Police Department

A U.S. Highway 2 East caller reported vandalism to a vehicle Friday at 7:27 a.m.

A caller at a First Street business reported a gas drive-off Friday at 10:16 a.m.

--

Friday at 10:45 a.m. a theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a First Street business.

--

A bike was found on Second Street Friday at 11:31 a.m.

--

Property was reported Friday at 4:19 p.m. stolen from a vehicle on 12th Avenue.

--

Belongings were reported Friday at 3:05 p.m. stolen from a vehicle on 14th Avenue.

Sherman Dean Alexander Sr. of Box Elder, 56, was issued a summons on an open container charge after a Second Street caller reported two men trespassing Friday at 3:53 p.m.

A First Street West business caller reported Friday at 7:41 p.m. that three teenagers stole beer.

Kateri Dawn Molina of Havre, 20, was issued a summons, during a vehicle stop on 10th Street Saturday at 9:07 p.m., on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and no insurance on vehicle, after someone at First Street and Fifth Avenue reported Friday at 8:18 p.m. that he sold a car and needs help getting the plates returned.

Leighia Carol Quincy of Hays, 25, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and stop sign violation, during a vehicle stop on Second Street West at 11:30 p.m. Friday.

A possible water line break was reported on Lincoln Avenue Saturday at 5:42 a.m.

Ramona Chapagne of Havre, 66, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children, after a Third Street caller reported a small child was unattended at 10:49 a.m. Sunday.

Saturday at 7:15 p.m. at the police station, someone reported a sex offense.

Bailey Houston Fiddler of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after a caller at a First Street establishment reported Saturday at 9:22 p.m. a man was bothering customers, then stole two bottles of liquor and ran out.

Chance Edward Williams of Havre, 28, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge after missing a 24/7 Sobriety program appointment Sunday at 8:02 a.m. at the police station.

--

A First Street caller reported a group altercation involving a stun gun Sunday at 6:48 p.m.

--

A caller at a First Street business reported Sunday at 11:26 p.m. that a woman stole a beer.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An 11:32 a.m. Friday caller reported cattle on their land between Havre and Box Elder.

--

Stop signs were reported pushed over on Wildhorse Road Friday at 1:12 p.m.

--

A summons was issued after a caller reported dogs running loose in the Gildford area Saturday at 12:10 a.m.

--

An arrest was made during a vehicle stop on Main Street in Box Elder Sunday at 12:26 a.m., but no details on the charges was provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, two Saturday and two Sunday.

Firefighters were called to two calls Friday, one at 8:48 a.m. on the 1400 Block of Second Street West and the other at 9:35 p.m. on the 1500 Block of Second Street. They also responded to a call on the 60 Block of Beaver Creek Boulevard at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held three medium-hair cats, one long-hair cat, one short-hair cat, a medium-hair 15-week-old kitten and a medium-hair 8-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and two medium-hair female cats.

The Havre shelter also held this morning two male mixed-breed 26-week-old puppies, four female mixed-breed dogs, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a female mixed-breed 15-week-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 13-week-old puppy and a male pit bull terrier dog.

Births

A girl was born Friday, April 19, 2019, to Elizabeth and Matthew Chellis of Havre.
