Hill County Sheriff's Office
Jennifer Lynn Stratton of Havre, 33, was issued a summons on charges of dog running at large and vicious dog after a caller on 15th Street North reported two dogs running loose at 10:29 a.m. Wednesday.

A Seventh Street East caller reported a broken window Wednesday at 5:37 p.m.

An arrest was made at 12:22 a.m. today during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87, but no details on the charges was provided.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Tuesday and five calls Wednesday, and firefighters responded to a 1:21 p.m. Wednesday call to the 10 Block of Third Street West that turned out to be burned toast. Firefighters reset the alarm.
Havre Animal Shelter
The Havre shelter this morning held three medium-hair cats, one long-hair cat, one short-hair cat, a medium-hair 14-week-old kitten and a medium-hair 8-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat. Two other cats were being held at a foster as part of the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning three female mixed-breed dogs, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a female mixed-breed 14-week-old puppy, a female husky dog, a male pit bull terrier dog and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog.
