Tri-Agency Task Force arrests three on drug charges

Tri-Agency Task Force announced in a press release today that it arrested Michael Gregori of Havre and Jerry and Barbara Gregori of Chinook on suspicion of multiple felony and misdemeanor criminal acts as the result of an investigation into the distribution of marijuana cultivated and distributed by people with valid Montana medical marijuana cards.

The release said that April 11 the task force executed multiple warrants in Chinook and Havre with the assistance of Havre Police Department, Hill County Sheriff's Office, Chinook Police Department, Blaine County Sheriff's Office and U.S. Border Patrol.

The agents seized more than 1,114 grams - 39.3 ounces - of marijuana 13 marijuana plants and $3,404 in U.S. currency, the release said.

The release said charges are pending in the Blaine and Hill counties attorney offices.
