Havre Police Department

A caller with juvenile probation reported Tuesday at 2:23 p.m. that she recieved two iPhones that were not ordered.

Amber Victoria Standingrock of Havre, 22, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after an 11th Street caller reported a fight between a man and a woman at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported on U.S. Highway 2 West Tuesday at 10:21 a.m.

Donald Eugene Blackburn of Spartanburg, South Carolina, 48, was arrested on a state District Court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 4:21 p.m.

Darren Wayne Keith of Havre, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 5:10 p.m. at the detention center.

Havre Fire Department

The Havre Fire Department dispatch log had not been received by printing deadline.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held three medium-hair cats, one long-hair cat, one short-hair cat, a medium-hair 14-week-old kitten and a medium-hair 8-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat. Two other cats were being held at a foster as part of the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning three female mixed-breed dogs, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a female mixed-breed 14-week-old puppy, a female husky dog, a male pit bull terrier dog and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog.
