A man hailed as an innovator in the field of magic "who routinely creates never-before-seen illusions" is performing in Havre Wednesday courtesy of the Montana State University-Northern Program Council.

"Using a stunning mix of humor, magic and mind-reading, Nash mesmerizes audiences," a release from the council said.

Nash, who has more than 18 years experience, has performed around the world and gained national exposure as a featured performer on Penn and Teller's "Fool Us" on CW Network.

"Event planners swear by Nash's show to wow their clients," the release said. "(He) is devoted to expanding the art of magic and sharing his passion with the world. He also mentors other magicians internationally."

The performance, listed as a "magic show that weaves positive messages from an immigrant perspective," starts at 7:30 p.m. in Northern's Student Union Ballroom. The charge is $5, with free admission for Northern students.
