Havre Police Department

Officers investigated an 8:33 a.m. Tuesday report from a Bullhook Boulevard business of stolen supplies, but referred the incident to Hill County Sheriff's Office.

Tuesday at 12:13 p.m., a caller reported spray paint vandalism to a business at Fourth Avenue and Third Street.

Tanner Joseph Walker of Havre, 36, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a charge of failing to produce proof of insurance, during a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue Tuesday at 6:29 p.m.

A caller at Havre Middle School reported Tuesday at 7:11 p.m. a juvenile did not come home from school.

Davis Denny of Box Elder, 18, was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession and open container in the city, after a First Street Northeast caller reported an intoxicated man with an open container Tuesday at 9:36 p.m.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons after a Second Street West caller reported Tuesday at 11:27 p.m. a boy had urinated on a younger sibling's bed.

--

A report of a water break on Sixth Street was referred to a service agency.

Deputies investigated a report from a Bullhook Boulevard business of stolen supplies Tuesday at 4:48 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held three medium-hair cats, one long-hair cat, a medium-hair 13-week-old kitten and a medium-hair 8-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat. Two other cats were being held at a foster as part of the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning three female mixed-breed dogs, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a female mixed-breed 13-week-old puppy, a female husky dog, a female Labrador retriever-border collie dog, a male pit bull terrier dog and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog.
