A summons was issued after a caller at U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a marijuana smell Friday at 11:11 a.m.

A Child and Family Service caller reported a complaint Friday at 11:43 a.m.

Officers were called to a vehicle crash at 12:17 p.m. Friday on First Street West.

Friday at 1:23 p.m. a caller at a First Street West establishment asked for an officer to investigate suspicious activity.

A caller on First Street Northeast asked Friday at 9:17 p.m. to speak with an officer.

A joint was reported found at a First Street West establishment Saturday at 1:07 a.m.

After dispatch received a 911 call from Fourth Avenue Saturday at 2:18 a.m. with only background noise, investigating officers issued 14 summonses.Aaron royce McKinnon of Havre, 30, was issued a summons on charges of unlawful transactions with children and social host violation. Kolten Mitchell Harp of Havre, 22; Xavier Alexander Clark of Havre, 21; Tyler Doney of Havre, 23, and Clay Joseph Doney of Havre, 23, were each issued a summons on a charge of unlawful transactions with children. And Steele Jason Ware of Havre, 19; Damon Andrew Owens III of Havre, 20; Skylar James Powell of Havre, 20; Trae Kennerly of East Glacier, 20; Kieran Allen White of Rudyard, 18; Curtis Taylor Humpherys of Harlem, 19, Micah Wade Miranda of Kamuela, Hawaii, 19; Aelie Rowell of Havre, 19, and Maikai Kunishinge of Havre, 19, were each issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession.

Kolten Mitchell Harp of Havre, 22, was arrested on a state District Court warrant at a Montana State University-Northern residence hall on First Avenue Saturday at 9:19 a.m.

A 12th Street caller asked Saturday at 2:40 p.m. asked for assistance getting her vehicle back.

A dog bite was reported by the hospital at 3:54 p.m. Saturday.

Matthew Joseph Saddler of Havre, 35, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 4:57 p.m.

A caller on Ninth Avenue reported Saturday at 7:40 p.m. that a man in a gray shirt and green hat had her destroyed mother's belongings, and a caller at 8:15 p.m. reported the man had returned.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business asked Saturday at 10:49 p.m. to speak with an officer about a drug offense and the issue was referred to another law enforcement agency.

--

A caller on First Avenue reported Saturday at 11:21 p.m. someone had driven through and damaged barriers blocking damaged areas of the street.

--

Connie Irene Garcia of Havre, 53, was arrested on charges of careless driving, driving under the influence and failure to give notice of accident, after a caller on Second Street reported Sunday at 12:26 a.m. a truck had run into a building.

Kaleb T. Harkins of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, reasonable apprehension, after a Fourth Street caller reported a domestic disturbance Sunday at 1:15 a.m.

A First Street West caller asked Sunday at 3:46 p.m. for assistance removing an intoxicated woman.

--

Jaret Jamaal Blackcrow of Hays, 26, was arrested on a charge of partner of family member assault and on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant, after a caller at a First Street business reported a man and a woman fighting Sunday at 4:57 p.m.

A Second Street caller asked at 6:41 p.m. Sunday to have a dog taken to the shelter.

--

Someone on Second Street called in a complaint Sunday at 6:46 p.m.

Missing prescription pills and car keys were reported by a Fifth Avenue caller Sunday at 8:42 p.m.

Steven Lee Strike of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of driving without insurance today at 12:03 a.m. on Fourth Street.

--

A large suitcase was reported on First Street West at 2:04 a.m. today.

--

A 12th Street caller reported water coming our of a sidewalk at 4:54 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Friday at 4:31 p.m. an upper Box Elder Road caller reported a disturbing Facebook post. The report was referred to another law enforcement agency.

John Calvin Allen of Havre, 40, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Saturday at 12:21 a.m. Friday at 7:47 p.m. and is listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on two counts of distribution of dangerous drugs and a $10,000 bond.

Duke Allen McGarvey of Havre, 31, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and is listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on charges from Idaho of trafficking methamphetamine, grand theft and evidence destruction and a $40,000 bond.

--

Joshua Robert-Monroe Guyton of Havre, 23, was arrested on charges of partner of family member assault and unlawful restraint, after a caller from U.S. Highway 87 Saturday at 12:45 a.m. asked for extra patrols because someone had threatened to break into their house. During booking at Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 11:32 a.m. Guyton was also charged with violation of a no contact order.

Eric Lee Ambler of Havre, 43, was arrested on a Justice or City Court warrant a during a vehicle stop at Schmidty's Pond Saturday at 9:23 a.m. related to complaint Saturday at 8:44 a.m. that a vehicle was parked to close to the water.

--

A Saturday 12:14 p.m. report of a vehicle crash at a U.S. Highway 2 West business was referred to another law enforcement agency.

--

Deputies, along with officers, investigated a dog bite reported from the hospital Saturday 3:54 p.m.

--

Stephanie Marie Henry of Box Elder, 32, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and a shoplifting charge after a theft was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Sunday at 1:11 p.m.

--

A dog bite was reported at Gracy's Place park Sunday at 2:38 p.m.

--

Sapphire Star Buckmann-Kelley of Harlem, 21, was issued a summons for a shoplifting charge after a theft was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Sunday at 2:47 p.m.

--

Erica Ann Dion of Boulder, 36, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at 12:24 a.m. today at a business on First Street.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, one Saturday, three Sunday and one this morning.

--

Firefighters responded to a fire alarm on the 2500 Block of 36th Street Southeast at 12:43 p.m. Saturday that turned out to be a false alarm and they were called back.

--

Firefighters were called to a grease fire in a kitchen Sunday at 9:41 p.m. on the 1300 Block of First Street. The fire was contained to the cookware and extinguished without damage to the home.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held three medium-hair cats and a medium-hair 8-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat. Another 26 cats were being held in the shelter and at a foster as part of the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning three female mixed-breed dogs, female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 19-week-old puppy, a male pit bull terrier dog and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog.
