A two-vehicle, non-injury crash between a Ford pickup truck and a Chevrolet Impala was reported Monday at 9:57 a.m. on First Avenue.

Havre Public Works was notified about a water leak on Lincoln Avenue Monday at 12:42 p.m.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of driving without a driver's license, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and disorderly conduct, during a vehicle stop Monday at 12:45 p.m. at First Avenue and Second Street.

A caller at a First Street business reported at 6:49 p.m. Monday that an unattended parked car rolled into a truck.

Wylie Swenson of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and minor in possession, after a Fourth Street caller reported a pickup truck idling at 2:15 a.m. today.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Albert Charles Snell of Hays, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 6:33 p.m.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Monday and one this morning.

Firefighters responded Monday at 10:40 a.m. to a fire alarm on the 10 Block of Third Street West where an overloaded extension cord overheated and melted. Fire Chief Mel Paulson said no fire started from the incident, so the alarm was reset and building occupants were advised not to try using the cord again.
Havre Animal Shelter
The Havre shelter this morning held three medium-hair cats, one long-hair 8-month-old kitten and a medium-hair 7-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat. Another 24 cats were being held in the shelter and at a foster as part of the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning three female mixed-breed dogs, female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 18-week-old puppy, a male pit bull terrier dog and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog.
Births
A boy was born Saturday, March 30, 2019, to Amber Ann Frazier and James Lewis Martin of Chinook.
