MSU to host May 7 workshop for businesses on transition and succession planning

BOZEMAN — A half-day workshop scheduled for Tuesday, May 7, at Montana State University is designed to help business owners, especially those in manufacturing, achieve more successful transitions, such as changes in ownership and management.

The workshop will help owners identify actions to begin minimizing their businesses’ risks, increasing value and improving their transition outcomes. It is hosted by MSU’s Jake Jabs College of Business and Entrepreneurship, Montana Manufacturing Extension Center and the Bozeman Small Business Development Center.
