Havre Police Department

Joseph Dale Onco of Havre, 20, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant, as well as charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs, after a First Street Northeast caller asked officers Tuesday at 8:12 a.m. for help dealing with a man on the property.

A summons was issued after a First Street caller reported a restraining order violation Tuesday at 9:16 a.m. No details on the charges were provided.

A caller from the Child Abuse Hotline reported an incident Tuesday at 2:22 p.m.

Officers were called Tuesday at 8:53 p.m. to a Second Street residence where a box of tie downs and cables were thrown in the driveway.

Evelyn Frances Foursouls of Havre, 35, was arrested on two counts of endangering the welfare of children and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, after officers were asked at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday to perform a well-being check at a Ninth Avenue location.

Officers investigated a burglary on 12th Street after a caller reported at 11:03 p.m. someone had broken into their house then left in a white car.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Tuesday 6:04 p.m. report of a dead deer outside a house on Fourth Street North was referred to Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks.

Havre Fire Department

Havre Fire Department had no calls to report.

Havre Animal Shelter

   The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, one long-hair 8-month-old kitten and a medium-hair 7-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat.

   The Havre shelter also held this morning three female mixed-breed dogs, female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 17-week-old puppy, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-Australian shepherd dog, a male pit bull terrier dog and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog.
