Obituary - Carmen Alvarado

Carmen Alvarado was born on May 27, 1936, in San Gabriel, California. She died March 22, 2019.

Carmen joins her six brothers and leaves behind her children, Paul (Mary) Alvarado, Andy (June) Alvarado, Nadine Alvarado (Robert) Hensley, Ana (Santos) Hauparoa, Bennie (Gil) Alvarado, Anthony Alvarado, Wayne (Jaquetta) Alvarado, three other daughters, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind Pooches and Freckles, her beloved dogs.

Carmen was an artist and an intellect who loved to read about history and politics. She would acknowledge and recognize people from all walks of life loving them unconditionally.  Carmen was authentic and lived her life unapologetically, and held family and friends in her heart.
