Havre Police Department

Brandy Michell Stidham of Havre, 21, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant, during a vehicle stop Tuesday at 11:08 a.m. on Second Street.

Tuesday at 4:11 p.m. a Havre Middle School caller reported a fight between juveniles on a school bus.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and juvenile curfew violation, during a vehicle stop on Second Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The dispatch log for Hill County Sheriff's Office showed no investigations or arrests.

Havre Fire Department

A dispatch log was not provided, but Fire Chief Mel Paulson said firefighters did respond to a good intent call on the 900 Block of Wilson Avenue at 6:08 a.m. about a smoke smell, but the fire crew could not detect smoke while on the scene.

Havre Animal Shelter

   The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, two long-hair 8-month-old kittens, one long-hair 10-month-old kitten and a medium-hair 7-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat. Seven cats are also being held for the shelter's trap-spay-neuter-release program.

   The Havre shelter also held this morning five female mixed-breed dogs, female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male Rottweiler-Australian cattle dog-blue heeler dog, a male mixed-breed 16-week-old puppy, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-Australian shepherd dog, three 8-week-old pit bull terrier puppies, two male and one female, a female Yorkshire terrier dog, a male pit bull terrier dog, a male mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog.
