2019 Havre Daily All Hi-Line Girls Team

What a year it was in girls high school basketball on the Hi-Line.

Havre High and Box Elder repeated as state champions, Harlem went to its first-ever state tournament and won two championships, the Turner Tornadoes came within a shot of making the Class C state tournament, and the District 9C was once again the best district in all of Class C girls basketball.

So with all that team success, it would stand to reason that, there were a lot of really good individual players in our area this year, and there were. In fact, there were so many talented players in our coverage area this season, many of them have to be kept off the 2019 All Hi-Line Girls Team.

The 14, though, who did make the list are a talented and exciting group of players, headlined by five stars that are on track to become the latest four-time All-Hi-Line selections.

The breakdown of the All Hi-Line Team includes eight players who made last year's list, as well as just two seniors. The list is loaded with juniors, while two freshmen made it as well. Heading into her senior year, Keller will certainly be considered one of the top players in all of Montana high school basketball, as well as a top college recruit.

Sadie Filius, Havre

Filius is one of two freshmen voted to the All Hi-Line team, and like Billmayer, she joins her sister, Peyton, who was a multiple-time All Hi-Line selection. Kyla Momberg, Box Elder

Momberg is the second freshman on the All Hi-Line Team, and she joins older sister Joelnell, making them only the second pair of sisters to appear on the All Hi-Line Team in the same year. She was a huge difference maker for Box Elder down the stretch of the season and wound up averaging just over 9 ppg for head coach Joel Rosette, who also happens to be her and Joelnell's father.
