Demontiney appointed to invasive species council

Gov. Steve Bullock announced he appointed Chippewa Cree Business Council member Joe Demontiney Jr. to the Montana Invasive Species Council as a representative of the Chippewa Cree Tribe.

Montana Invasive Species Council is a statewide partnership working to protect Montana’s economy, natural resources, and public health through a coordinated approach to combat invasive species, a Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation webpage about the council said.
