A Harlem area caller reported a Fraud Friday at 11:19 a.m. and the issue was referred to another law enforcement agency.

Friday at 12:26 p.m., a non-injury crash between a PT Cruiser and a Ford was reported on First Street.

A Havre area caller reported strange Facebook messages Friday at 4:42 p.m.

Child and Family Services asked Friday at 6:04 p.m. for assistance trying to get a parent to pick up a juvenile at the hospital.

Joshua Kay Blatter of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge after a probation and parole officer reported a drug patch violation at the police station Friday at 6:14 p.m.

A broken water line was reported on Cypress Drive Saturday at 1:15 a.m.

A hit-and-run crash was reported on Seventh Avenue Saturday at 3:14 a.m. Saturday.

A caller on Boulevard Avenue reported Saturday at 8:47 a.m. that a mirror was knocked off her daughter's car.

From 10:09 a.m. to 11:41 a.m. Saturday, eight callers in the Highland Pard area reported their mailboxes had been smashed.

Dayle Delesse Tucker of Havre, 56, was issued a summons on charges of vicious dog and dog at large after a Second Street caller reported a dog bite.

Joseph Don Wetsit of Havre, 24, was arrested on disorderly conduct charge after a First Street caller reported a man was passed out in the street Saturday at 4:55 p.m.

A Saturday 4:55 p.m. caller at the Havre Animal Shelter reported at 6:03 p.m. they had four stray kittens they had captured.

Levi Daniel Jones of Havre, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City Court warrant Sunday at 5:01 a.m. on First Street Northeast after a 1:39 a.m. caller asked to speak with an officer about suspicious activity.

A Fourth Street caller as Sunday at 12:48 p.m. to speak to an officer.

Jarold Ernest Schmidt, 79, was issued a summons on a criminal mischief charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest caller reported vandalism Sunday at 1:42 p.m.

A water break reported Sunday at 7:02 p.m. on Eighth Avenue was referred to Havre Public Works.

A water break reported Sunday at 8:25 p.m. on 12th Street was referred to Havre Public Works.

A 10:22 p.m. Sunday caller at the hospital requested assistance getting a man restrained.

A caller reported at 12:20 a.m. today an abandoned vehicle that was stuck at the water main break at 12th Street and Seventh Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a hit and run Friday at 12:42 p.m.

A Second Avenue East, Inverness, caller reported a theft, forgery or fraud Friday at 3:49 p.m.

--

Saturday at 8:25 a.m. a Fourth Street North caller reported that a mailbox was hit with what appeared to have been a baseball bat.

--

A Chester caller reported Saturday at 3:40 p.m. his wife was involved in a roll-over vehicle crash on Main Street in Rudyard.

--

A U.S. Highway 87 caller requested assistance from deputies Saturday at 10:54 a.m.

Travis Vaughn Standing Horn of Box Elder, 41, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller near Fort Assiniboine reported a disturbance Saturday at 3 p.m.

Jovanna Shareen Garcia of Billings, 41, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia Sunday at 7:10 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Eric Lee Ambler of Havre, 43, was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release after a deputy initiated an investigation of suspicious activity at the Hill County landfill today at 12:33 a.m.

An arrest was made after a U.S. Highway 2 East caller reported a male violating conditions Monday at 3:25 a.m. No additional information was provided about the arrest.

Havre Fire Department

Friday's dispatch log had not been received by print deadline

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Saturday and two calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to a fire call Saturday at 4:03 a.m. on the 10 Block of Cypress Drive, after a caller reported seeing smoke through a neighbor's window, but no fire was present.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, two long-hair 8-month-old kittens, one long-hair 10-month-old kitten and a medium-hair 7-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one medium-hair female cat and one short-hair female cat.

The Havre shelter also held this morning a female mixed-breed dog, a male Rottweiler-German shepherd dog, female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 15-week-old puppy, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-Australian shepherd dog, three 7-week-old pit bull terrier puppies, two male and one female, one male pit bull terrier dog and a male mixed-breed 26-week-old puppy.

A boy was born Friday, March 8, 2019, to Toni Piapot and Jacob Duran of Rocky Boy.
