Havre Police Department

Justin James Martin of Havre, 41, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and "other" after a 10th Street West caller reported a domestic disturbance Monday at 10:01 a.m. This morning the jail roster listed Martin with an additional pending charge of strangulation.

Monday at 10:30 a.m. a 15th Avenue facility requested assistance from officers.

A U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a stolen tire Monday at 2:11 p.m.

--

Officers Monday at 4:07 p.m. to assisted another agency with a medical call.

--

Monday at 6:11 p.m. a Fifth Street caller requested to speak with an officer about suspicious activity.

--

A Fifth Avenue caller reported receiving possible hacking messages Monday at 7:02 p.m.

Isabelle Gertrude Doney of Havre, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a First Street Northwest caller reported an assault Monday at 8:24 p.m.

Monday at 11:15 p.m. a Fifth Avenue caller said she believed someone was in her backyard.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Andreya Marie Taylor of Havre, 28, was issued a summons on a charge of failing to stop for a school bus, during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 Friday at 7:19 a.m.

A vehicle crash was reported at 11th Street West and 16th Avenue Friday at 9:23 a.m.

--

Michael Jay Stump Jr. of Havre, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 1:19 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Leslie Annette Crazyboy of Havre, 39, and Gloria Jean Crazyboy of Havre, 42, were each arrested on a state District Court warrant, and Kate Alanna Lambourne of Havre, 20, was arrested on two state District Court warrants, Friday at 1:23 p.m. at the detention center.

Friday at 4:21 p.m. a Chevy 2500 with a trailer was reported crashing into a sign at the intersection of U.S. Highway 2 West and U.S. Highway 87. No injuries were reported and Montana Highway Patrol was notified.

A vehicle crash between a car and a deer was reported Friday at 6:41 p.m. on U.S. Highway 2 half-a-mile east of 24th Avenue.

Sunday at 8:58 a.m. Northern Montana Hospital reported a dog bite.

--

Sunday at 5:32 p.m., a Box Elder caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported an assault.

--

A caller on U.S. Highway 2 East reported an eastbound flatbed pickup speeding, running people off the road and almost hitting people head on Sunday at 6:50 p.m. Blaine County Sheriff's Office and Montana Highway Patrol were notified.

Monday at 10:42 a.m. Justin James Martin of Havre, 41, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia at the detention center.

A caller at the emergency room asked to speak with deputies about an animal control issue in Rudyard Monday at 1:37 p.m.

--

A summons was issued after a caller at Northstar Schools in Rudyard reported a juvenile status offense Monday at 1:49 p.m.

--

A vehicle crash at Airport Road and U.S. Highway 2 West was reported Monday at 3:55 p.m.

--

Monday at 9:05 p.m. a Quill Drive caller reported an assault. Rocky Boy Police Department was notified.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, two long-hair 7-month-old kittens, one long-hair 9-month-old kitten and a medium-hair 6-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, one medium-hair female cat, four medium-hair male cats and one long-hair male cat; as well as two cats for its trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning a female mixed-breed dog, a male 21-week-old mixed-breed puppy, female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male golden retriever dog, a male border collie dog, a male mixed breed 12-week-old puppy, two male pit bull terrier dogs and a male 23-week-old puppy.
