Triangle Mobile moves to new location

Monday, Triangle Mobile relocated back to a main office in the Triangle Communications building, 2121 U.S. 2 West, renovating the office to create a new experience for their customers, said Triangle Mobile Marketing and Sales Manager Bethany Chinadle.

"We renovated our main office to offer a one-stop shopping experience for all of your Triangle and Hill County Electric needs," Chinadle said. "... We're very proud of it."

Chinadle said the newly renovated space is beneficial for members, customers and employees, now not needing to travel to multiple locations to see everything Triangle has to offer.

The move, she said, will affect customer service by having the store be a one-stop shop for everything at Triangle. She added that the reason for the move was due to Triangle wanting to streamline service.

"We think you'll really enjoy our brand-new facility," she said.

Triangle Mobile moved to 117 First St. West in 2013. Chinagle said the reason they moved to that location originally was because Triangle's mobile products were not offered out of the main Triangle Communications office.

"Triangle Mobile continues to provide our customers with great coverage and great nationwide coverage," she said.

Triangle Mobile's new location had a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday with the ambassadors from the Chamber of Commerce.
