Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a vehicle crash on Fifth Avenue at 7:56 a.m. Tuesday.

A vehicle crash between a car and a pickup truck was reported Tuesday at 9:44 a.m. at Third Avenue and Third Street.

--

Tuesday at 11:16 a.m. at the police station, someone dropped off a found envelope.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of careless driving after a caller at Havre High School called in a complaint at 12:05 p.m. Tuesday.

A crash involving a pickup truck backing into a car was reported on Fifth Avenue Tuesday at 12:30 p.m.

Officers investigate a car versus pickup truck crash reported Tuesday at 1:17 p.m. at Fifth Avenue and First Street.

A two-car crash was reported at 1:24 p.m. Tuesday on Second Street West.

--

A fender bender between a car and a truck was reported Tuesday at 3:04 p.m.

--

A stolen vehicle was reported on Second Street Tuesday at 3:15 p.m.

--

Tuesday at 3:28 p.m. a two-car crash was reported from First Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Kremlin caller reported a theft, forgery or fraud Tuesday at 11:38 a.m.

Tomi Nichole Bunney of Great Falls, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 12:05 p.m.

George Robert Romero of Havre, 54, was arrested on a state District Court warrant at the detention center at 2:04 p.m. Tuesday.

--

Jimmy Dee Holwuttle of Havre, 30, was issued a summons on a charge of obscene phone call after deputies received a complaint at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday from 16th Street North.

Deputies provided services after a caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported a stranded vehicle with people inside Tuesday at 8:42 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Tuesday.

Firefighters responded to an attic fire at a residence on the 800 Block of Fourth Avenue Tuesday at 5:42 p.m. The fire, started with an electrical fault, was contained to the attic, causing an estimated $15,000 in damage to wood and insulation. Assistant Fire Chief Kelly Jones said an electrician was called in to get the furnace running again, but further repairs are needed to get the electricity fully functioning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat, one short-hair cat, one long-hair 9-month-old kitten, a medium-hair 26-week-old kitten and two long-hair 6-month-old kittens all of unknown gender, one medium-hair female cat and four medium-hair male cats, as well as two cats for its trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning two female mixed-breed dogs, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male shepherd dog, a male border collie dog, a female Anatolian shepherd-husky 10-month-old puppy, a female pug-Chihuahua dog and a male mixed-breed 21-week-old puppy. Another three female mixed-breed 13-week-old puppies were being fostered.
