Tomi Nichole Bunney of Great Falls, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 12:05 p.m.

George Robert Romero of Havre, 54, was arrested on a state District Court warrant at the detention center at 2:04 p.m. Tuesday.

Jimmy Dee Holwuttle of Havre, 30, was issued a summons on a charge of obscene phone call after deputies received a complaint at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday from 16th Street North.

Deputies provided services after a caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported a stranded vehicle with people inside Tuesday at 8:42 p.m.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Tuesday.

Firefighters responded to an attic fire at a residence on the 800 Block of Fourth Avenue Tuesday at 5:42 p.m. The fire, started with an electrical fault, was contained to the attic, causing an estimated $15,000 in damage to wood and insulation. Assistant Fire Chief Kelly Jones said an electrician was called in to get the furnace running again, but further repairs are needed to get the electricity fully functioning.
Havre Animal Shelter
The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat, one short-hair cat, one long-hair 9-month-old kitten, a medium-hair 26-week-old kitten and two long-hair 6-month-old kittens all of unknown gender, one medium-hair female cat and four medium-hair male cats, as well as two cats for its trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning two female mixed-breed dogs, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male shepherd dog, a male border collie dog, a female Anatolian shepherd-husky 10-month-old puppy, a female pug-Chihuahua dog and a male mixed-breed 21-week-old puppy. Another three female mixed-breed 13-week-old puppies were being fostered.
