Great Northern Fair to hold public forum

The Great Northern Fair is holding a public forum Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the 4-H Chuckwagon where community members can discuss any concerns or ideas for the fairgrounds with the fair board.

Board member Chelby Gooch said in an email interview that they plan to discuss the future of the Great Northern Fair and the grounds.

She added that they held a public forum last year to address some issues and it was mentioned that it would be a good idea to hold another public forum.

“We just want to get the community insight on what they would like to see done at the grounds,” Gooch said.

She added that she expects the forum to last no more than an hour and a half and the public is encouraged to come.
