Havre Police Department

A Fifth Avenue caller at 11:29 a.m. Wednesday reported tires being slashed.

An arrest was made after a caller reported a group of people taking items from a First Street West business Wednesday at 12:58 p.m. No details were provided on the charges.

A caller on Third Street West reported two stolen hand guns Wednesday at 1:38 p.m.

A Washington Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 2:16 p.m. a camper had been vandalized with spray paint.

An arrest was made after a caller at Fifth Avenue and First Street reported an erratic driver. No details on the charges was provided.

Claudine Chiefstick of Dodson, 54, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller at Northern Montana Hospital asked for assistance Wednesday at 7:10 p.m.

Jeffrey Rosander of Havre, 60, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a caller at Third Avenue and Ninth Street reported a man sleeping outside between houses Wednesday at 10:31 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Hill County Sheriff's dispatch log reported no arrests or investigations for the last 24 hours.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats and two long-hair 26-week-old kittens of unknown gender, six medium-hair male cats and one long-hair female cat.

The Havre shelter this morning also held a male American bulldog, three female mixed-breed dogs, a female Labrador retriever dog, a female Anatolian shepherd/husky 9-month-old puppy and a male pit bull-Labrador 9-month-old puppy.
